Exchanges/Returns

We believe in quality and we stand by our products.

Each piece in our collection is handmade and custom built-to-order.  If you are not satisfied with one of our products or it is at the time you receive it or you find it to be defective, please return it within 30 days and we will refund you or replace the defective item.

Damaged and custom items will not be eligible for return.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase in your return package.

If your item is defective, then we will email you a shipping label to use on your return shipment.  For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 business days.
